My Father’s Secrets is a film that retraces the decisive snapshots of a childhood spent in the shadow of the Holocaust, from the flat country to the promised land, between nightmares and joyful moments.

At the age of 20, Henri Kichka, sole survivor of his family exterminated in the death camps, returned to Belgium. He had two daughters and two sons. And a life so heavy that his children never stopped trying to emancipate themselves, each in their own way.
